Orangy blonde hair to platinum white?

I have lighter pretty much somewhere in between a strawberry blonde and a light Hayley williams orange (sorry it's the best way to describe it really) and I want my hair platinum blonde, I bleached it once today and, it did get lighter, but it's still orange, and I don't want to bleach it anymore because it feels so fried. I have half a bottle of "White Lady" toner by Wella, and I think i'm using it wrong because I put the toner in the bleach. How do I use it with the developer, and I have a 20 develpoer, and 2oz of 40 developer, I also intend on buying purple shampoo, but I need help, I don't want to fry it anymore! x[
