Will dying my hair from light blonde to dark brown turn it green?

About 2 weeks ago, I tried dying my hair from dark brown to blonde. And instead it just died my roots a lighter brown. Then we used some bleach blonde stuff. My roots were bleach blonde and the rest was like orangish. It's faded now and it all looks about the same color now. My roots are turning a dark brown color. In 2 days it'll be 3 weeks since I dyed it at all. I want to dye it back to dark brown today/tomorrow. But I have heard it'll turn my hair a greenish color. I'm worried. Should I wait? Or what? I really want my dark brown hair back because this light blonde doesn't look good on me. Will it turn it green? PLEASE HELP! :(
