How to remove SPLAT pink semi permanent hair dye HEALTHILY?

I have blonde hair and dyed the bottom layer of my hair with Splat pink fetish semi permanent dye without bleaching about a week or 2 ago and want it out NOW. I have about a month till school starts but am seeing my friends before then so would really like to have it out without waiting. I am NOT bleaching my hair, and washed my hair like three times with chlorine shampoo in one day and it has'nt really done anything. My hair is my prized possesion, and was really healthy before i died it, but now it's getting kinda dead which is killing me inside!!! Help???
