How do I lighten the color of fleece?

I need some orange fleece (the synthetic kind) for a project, but I need a lighter shade than what I have. Is there a way I can change the color of it? Bleach? Dye? Leaving it out in the sun for a few days? Something else entirely? Please help! :)
