Good shampoo and Conditioner for damaged hair.?

I have very damaged hair from being bleached alot over the years. I want it to grow out but it stops about shoulder length and the back is the worst its always frizzy and doesnt grow more then a few inches and then starts breaking off. I have stopped bleaching my hair and have tried about any shampoo and conditioner I can think of. Id like it decently priced but if its something really good then i could justify the price. I also have tried leave in conditioners as well but it just laves my hair really greasy looking. any suggestions? thanks in advance!
