It has been proven that deep down 98% of people know that Islam is the one true path, why do kaffirs lie to?

if this site should teach you one thing, it is that their are people out there who have beleifs as strong as you do, who are as devout and religious as you, who have beliefs opposite of yours. if you were born in a different part of the world can you be sure you would be a muslim? what if you were born in china, the united states, or a remote tribe somewhere?
