What is the easiest way to get this color?

Theres a product called color oops. and you can get it in the same section as hair dye..most of the time its in between all the hair dye products. You can find it at walmart. You dye your hair with this, and it will make your hair super light. Then after you dye it and dry it, You dye your hair the color you want it with the box of hair dye of your choice.
