I tried to install iOS 5 beta without being part of the iPhone Dev Program, how can i revert to iOS 4?

Actually, it's quite simple. You have to activate your UDID so that Apple thinks you're a developer. You can register your UDID at www.installiosbeta.com for just $5. Really, there's no need to pay the $99 fee to Apple :P
