I have blonde hair and NEED a new style, any ideas? shortish hair?

I have bleach blonde hair, and have recently been wearing extensions and my hair feels horrible! At the moment it is shoulder length but very dry and damaged, I normally have a graduated bob, but I feel like something different, I don't think short (pixie crop) hair suits me.. Deffo not, but I fancy something different but young and in style?
