What branches of Islam follow these Bukhari texts, and just what authority are these verses?

well, the sunnis follow the bukhari texts but I don't know if the translation is correct. I am sure that the Arabic translation is still safe. Christians and other atheists are trying to corrupt the hadiths and invert people from islam by false translations. even all the anti-Islamic sites are based on close translations that are false.
