Rental problems with a friend?

If "you" are not using his separate room while your girlfriend is here it is a slightly different scenario. It is the co renter of your room that is going to be inconvenienced as he will have to share his small space with an additional person and be subjected to all your romantic foolery. I suggest that you consider splitting the rent 4 ways as he wants but he needs to let your co renter to use his room while he gone, giving you the privacy you need. The small amount of rent differential should be offset by the excitement and entertainment of having your girl friend close for the month. Good luck
