Ok, so i have dirty blonde hair, tan skin, brown eyes and hair that passes my shoulders just a bit, i want to go to Fantastic sams and get my hair bleach blonde and i kinda want a taylor swift perm!!! which should i get?!? please help to all the pro's out there!!!
