When can i dye my hair from blonde to black?

There is a product called "Color Oops!" and it strips your hair of the color but without all of the harsh chemicals like in a salon. I died my hair way back when and I used 2 Color Oops'. It helped and I also grew my hair out. But if you are a patient person then you can just cut your hair until the black is gone.
