Synced my iPhone, and now I can't upload my music..?

I made a mistake a reverted my iPhone back to it's original, which deleted all my music from my iPod. Now I can't seem to get the list of "Music/Playlists/Movies/TV/Books" to show.. and I can't figure out how to put my music back onto my iPhone manually (I don't want my entire library and my iTunes only has a very small selection) .. Can someone tell me how to get the list back?
